Alumni Achievement Award
Alexa Zammit
Alexa Zammit, a Princeton native, is an Active Duty Army Aviation officer.
She earned her degree in Chemical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and went on to complete a Master’s in Materials Science at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Currently, she is in Army flight training in Fort Rucker, Alabama.
Alexa has a lifelong love for music; she played flute throughout her middle and high school orchestra programs and keyboard with Stretto from 2015 to 2018.

The Christina Seix Academy Leadership Team
The Christina Seix Academy leadership team is rooted in Trenton, New Jersey, with many members having grown up in the same community our students call home. Since the Academy’s founding in 2012, the team has built one of the only junior boarding schools in the nation—creating a school community that serves students and families without limitations.
Bringing expertise in academics, health, finance, advocacy, people operations, and graduate success, the team shares one mission: ensuring that high-achieving students from the local community have access to the very best opportunities.
Their impact is clear: graduates are excelling at leading independent schools such as Choate Rosemary Hall, Lawrenceville, Northfield Mount Hermon, Blair Academy, and Church Farm, and are now entering selective colleges and universities across the country.
The team is also proud to partner with Stretto, whose commitment to educational opportunity and belief in the potential of every student inspires and strengthens our work.

Calvin builds a vibrant residential “Village” that fosters belonging, growth, and community.
Nicole Morillo – Director of Advancement and Strategic Partnerships
Nicole forges partnerships and cultivates resources that expand opportunities for CSA students.
Tatiana Person – Director of High School Placement and Graduate Success
Tatiana guides students into selective high schools and colleges, ensuring ongoing support and success.
Cari Welsh – Director of People Operations
Cari supports CSA’s faculty and staff through leadership in culture, talent, and professional growth.
Magaly DeJesus – Director, Irma Rivera Advocacy Center
Magaly empowers families by connecting them to resources, partnerships, and advocacy services.

Founding Head since 2012, Rob leads CSA with a mission-driven vision rooted in Trenton and committed to whole-child success.
